We track your flight automatically using real-time aviation data. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur's schedule adjusts accordingly — no calls, no rebooking, no extra fees. You pay only for the journey as originally agreed.
Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a personalised name sign. You will receive their name, photo, and direct mobile number 24 hours before departure. If you have any difficulty, our operations team is available by phone and WhatsApp.
Yes. Child seats for infants, toddlers, and older children are available on request at no additional charge. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking so we can provide the correct seat.
Yes — we cover all of Bavaria and beyond. Popular destinations include Nuremberg, Salzburg, Innsbruck, and direct transfers to ski resorts. Request a quote through our booking form and we will confirm availability and pricing.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard transfers. For group bookings, special events, or Sprinter vehicles, 48–72 hours notice is preferred. We do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability — call us directly.
We accept cash (EUR), all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal. Payment can be made in the vehicle after your journey, or online in advance if preferred.
